第一篇用中文打的文章，中文打得很慢，有时想到了一些字但是中文打得太慢又忘记了。哈哈！很大意的啦我。。
以后有一个想法，想要po一些心情故事时，我就会打中文，这些文章我不会share在脸书，因为很明显是我的心情故事嘛，不需要大事铺张来让大家知道。所以如果你要时时关注我会po些什么心情故事，那就不时上来update下吧！因为我会连Twitter都不update，就想给自己一些私人空间，不需要事事都share。*中文打得很烂*
哈哈，我写中文连我男朋友都不会读！超好笑的。对啦，很多朋友也是读英校的，所以应该很多都不会读。不好意思啊！哈哈。。
说过好多次，可能如果你有常常关注我的部落格应该常常听到我说我不像这里弄得太商业化，所以现在我想在我部落格po什么就po什么。但是这也怕英文会退步啦，因为太依赖中文了。
其实一直都有这想法想写中文了，但是一直有些事情hold me back。曾经想要持之依恒写英文因为不要太依赖中文嘛，这样子我会一直维持在自己的comfort zone没法子走出来。但是算了吧，现阶段不要想太多，po了再打算。有可能会一直维持这习惯放上中文的文章来描写我的故事，也有可能这会是第一个，也是最后一个中文post。再看吧！不要想这么多。
想得太多一直以来是我的坏习惯，想做什么就做什么，何必顾虑太多呢？何况这是我的部落格，做人要有性格一点嘛！
从李欣怡那里领悟到一些道理，她说 “写字只需要对自己交代，如果一心照顾成果，很难写出自己动人的一面。写作，是给自己的镜子，不是给别人的交代。”
我觉得这段句子对我们有写部落格的人来说真的感触良多。我们久而久之会开始迷失方向，不懂那些是写给自己还是别人的文章。就像我如果顾虑一些英校的朋友不会读，那么就不写中文文章，可是那又太对不起自己了，怎样说部落格也是我自己的，想做什么，就做什么！如果你觉得我在说废话那么你不想读也罢。有时部落客就是那么我行我素的啦！哈哈。
发现通常会开blog给自己的人都是意见太多，不懂哪里宣泄。真的，现在的人太想发表意见了。哈哈！连看一部戏都想发表，吃些好吃的又想跟大家分享，我们太忙了啦！哈哈。。credit to 那些部落客！我们一起加油吧！写自己爱写的文章，做自己，肯定有人会喜欢你直率的个性！

KPOPSTAR Season 2
Kpop is the new trend right? I don't think none of you never listen to korea pop songs before, radio keep playing it though! Lol..
I am going to share you the new trend, KPOPSTAR Season 2! Some of you may follow closely every episode through YouTube, but some might watch the video clips before but doesn't know what KPOPSTAR is about.
It is actually a South Korean reality TV competition show where the three largest entertainment agencies in Korea which are JYP which host MissA, Wonder Girls, YG Entertainment which host BigBang, 2NE1, PSY, SM Entertainment which host TVXQ, BoA, Super Junior, SNSD hold worldwide auditions to find the next potential Kpop stars!
I didn't watch every single episode but sometimes I may search some nice songs that I heard from TV in YouTube. So I am going to share with you some of the highlighted videos or some videos that I liked. :-)
KPOPSTAR is well known since Park Ji Min sang Rolling in the Deep cz the video goes virally in Facebook! Currently she is joining JYP. :-)
Lee HaYi aka Lee Hi (stage name). Currently joining YG Entertainment, high pitch as well! Her new singles "1,2,3,4" very nice! (9 millions views so far) :-) You can search it through YouTube if you want! And she is very young..born in the year 1996!!
Haha..I personally like this for Season 1. The Boys (SNSD) performed by SuPearls (temporary formed group for the audition).
SNSD's Taeyeon and Tiffany featuring Baek Ah-Yeon performing Lady Marmalade! Sharing this cz I love to see Taeyeon and Tiffany in this video. Lol..Nice and sexy one! :p
After a highly successful season held last year, Season 2 is back! Some of the videos that I liked and also some of the highlighted videos and contestants in Season 2! What I like about Season 2 is many of them have rearranged the song to a brand new one and I enjoy listening to their beautiful voices! ;-)
Choi Yeguen, the girl on the left in this video quite high rated by the judges. Ain't no sunshine has been sang by many contestants in different competitions across many countries but they rule it again!
Only One by BoA! I love the version that sang by BoA but Andrew Choi perform it in different way, it stands out as well from the original version. ^^
Wow, this male group, Raccoon Boys is the most anticipating contestants in KPOPSTARS Season 2. The judges love them so much! They are so anticipating towards their performance every week. You MUST *cz is too nice d* either listen to Thriller from Michael Jackson or the latest video Like This which is originally sang by Wonder Girls.
They rearranged the song and mix it so well! The judges say can't separate them already (usually every contestants will be shuffle and perform with new members for the upcoming audition) cz they are like meant to be together..lol!
I bet after you listen to this you will start keep an eye on KPOPSTAR Season 2! Lol..and you will know why the judges love them! Wonder Girls original version also very nice la...^^ p/s I prefer this than thriller.
I'll be there by Michael Jackson and Mariah Carey sang before as tribute to Michael Jackson. Although they don't have powerful voice like Mariah Carey but they are simply amazing and sweet in such a young age! Their voice are solely beautiful la..
Hopefully you like the videos that I posted! *wink* Kpop Industry is a boom because I think their singers are all-rounder and experts in many fields like choreography, singing, composer, hosting and many more. They have strong fans base worldwide even Taiwan and Hong Kong music industry can't beat them.
Anyhow is just my personal opinion la, some may still think that your idol is much better. :-) I am neutral one, as long as their songs is nice then I will listen. Even ordinary people cover a nice song I will still like it! Hehe..
p/s If any of the info that I written above has errors, sorry for the mistakes ya. I am not a Kpop fans so I may not know as much as some of you do. :-) Just hope you like the videos that I shared..

Dahfa Dried Fish Fillet CNY Snacks *new pattern*
Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah! Chinese New Year is around the corner! I bet everyone is happy and excited like I do except my friends who has start working as an intern, I wish you all the best! ^^ Next year would be my turn, quite excited la..hehe! Wondering where I'll be working but sad thing is that's the end of my study life once I begin my intern..that means no more holidays! :-( But alright la..still need to move on right..no pain no gain! XD Just stay positive la...
Today, ehhem...the blog owner who is me..lol! Is going to show you a so called "new pattern" in making cny snacks! Haha..show you a selca first in case you forgot how she looks! ><
This is the new snacks that I am going to show you! Hehe...I knew this from a auntie in my gym centre who is folding it, then I busy body go ask what she is doing..then she said she is folding the dahfa dried fish fillet and going to fry it as one of the cny snacks!
I think is very cute lo! So I decided to make it on my own! She said people is selling one small plastic container for RM25! Wah..may be next cny I can earn this as my side income! Lol..

This is the Dahfa Dried Fish Fillet that I mentioned! The only ingredient that you need! Very easy right? And is not troublesome at all! I bet many of you like this? I think you never expect it can be treated as one of the cny snacks! *wink* But some people dislike it because of the fishy smell.
I didn't buy such a big packet, this big packet 750g would be cheaper selling at RM28. You have to buy it from wholesaler shop. I bought the regular packet 150g from Tesco since it is having promotion which cost RM4.88 each. So I bought 5 packets and fold it on my own at home without help from mummy *since she is working* and sis.
I fold it when I'm watching Astro On Demand TVB drama! Lol..Finish one packet takes approximately one and a half hour or nearly two hour. T.T Eat very fast la not even 30 secs!
Okay, show you how to do it.
Take two strips.
Fold into half.
Fold again.
Then take another fish fillet to tie it up like a ribbon.
So total 3 fish fillet needed to make a kind of like flower shape. You can put more if you want but like that too huge then don't look nice d!
Tadaa! Done! This is the outcome! Quite hard to tie one ah..cz you have to be very gentle if not it will break. And if it is not tight enough, when you fry, it will open! Lol..
Erm, it tasted like fried crabmeat! Very crispy! So after fry, it won't have the fishy smell already. Fry crabmeat is very common lo and no shape one, but this one flower shape, *to me is flower shape la*, lol, so I think give people is very naise! Sincere enough...hahahahah!
Erm, when you fry, you heat up the oil first, then when you start seeing a bit of bubbles then you can lower it to medium fire because if your oil is too hot, the fish fillet can easily burned in just a few seconds.
So at the beginning you should fry a few first to try the heat until it turned yellow in colour. Then immediately remove from heat, drain well and keep aside cz it can easily burned. Seriously very fast.
Tips: If you want it to be golden in colour then remove from heat immediately after it turned yellow.
I have a container which is totally burned one! >< Wasted! So I share with you hope you will do better than me..haha! Practice makes perfect la..
And make sure your oil is sufficient to cover the whole fish fillet ya..cz if it touches the wok, it can burned too! Trials and errors la..just be prepared there will definitely some burned one! Lol..make sure after you fry, drain it with kitchen towels before you put into the plastic container.
Apart from that, I do the chicken floss with popiah skin too! *cz I like chicken floss* This one takes longer time than the fish fillet but at least this is easier to fry than fish fillet lo..give and take la! Lol..
Tadaa! *again* The outcome! *golden in colour* but beside got one container is all burned one! Lol..Mummy help me to fry as well..I must have helper cz seriously it burned too fast! Haha..Still have a week before cny, may be you can try it out if you like! ^^
Happy..finally I have some cny snacks to give to my relatives! Yeah..If I missed out any one of you, don't blame me cz seriously I make too little d! :-(

Love and Hate You at the same time
Okay, bare with me cz this is going to be an emo post. Lol..Actually I have few reasons of neglecting my blog lately..
I realized after a couple months my enthusiasm towards blog is no longer that strong. It is not because that I don't love my blog anymore, is actually a direction-seeking stage. I used to treat it as a platform to release my emotion and so on but recently I found out it has being too commercialized. I don't like it. I still prefer it to be a place where I can share my joyfulness and sorrowness with my friends. I don't wish it serves as a food blog or what, like that I will lost the joy of having my blog. Instead it turns into kind of like "serving" my readers to write more food post to satisfy them. Layman term to me is like working lo...:-(
The initial reason of me updating so many food post is because I enjoy eating hence I wish to share it with people. Despite of thinking it can boost my traffic or those bullshit, I just sincerely wish to share the nice restaurant with my friends since I have visited a new dining place. Eventually I found a new restaurant then I blog about it and sooner it has become most of the posts in my blog. :-(
This has annoyed me for some time. Seriously.
That is why currently I have lots of pending food reviews but I still refuse to post it, I don't want it to become a food blog. Honestly, if you have published your blog so publicly, is so hard for you not drifted away from your original intention. I hope I can post more stories about myself instead of keep posting food reviews. I prefer to have loyal readers and followers instead being the top in Google search engine. *weird thinking huh* I just love sharing things with people la..*is just that simple*
Another thing that annoyed me is my English. I think it has deteriorate. *I am so upset towards this* I have no confidence in writing English. My vocab is really weak, sometimes I wanted to describe something but I don't know how to start the sentence. May be you don't realized but I understand clearly about myself. :-( That is why in my Twitter I posted some status saying "Where has my reading habit gone?" "May be I am not reading type of person." I used to force myself to read books when I am free but what I am doing now is staring at my phone when I am free! O.O Kill me please...have to be more discipline.
Two more weeks till my holiday ends. I still have lots of plans in my head. I don't know why I always thought I have lots of things to do, I am not working or anything ah, but I will think I have endless tasks yet to be completed. May be I want too many things at the same time. :-(
Anyway ok la..I am happy throughout the one month holiday la..^^ anticipating towards the celebration of Chinese New Year! But I bet it will end very fast! >< Then bought new clothes d leh, but without new pants! Sad max..got tops but no pants to match! And I go KL quite often in January...lol! Credit to my dad cz he got travel to KL..haha! Then workout ah, do spring cleaning ah, sometimes work for parents ah, wanted to update blog ah, reading ah, want to play games ah, do CNY snacks ah, buy CNY hamper ah, bla bla bla...lots of things to do la..lol! 24 hours simply not enough for me! *evil grin*
Appreciate for completing my emo post, lol, I will constantly remind myself what is the identity of my blog and keep holding back for not being so commercialized. Cz I know some of my friends may not like it as it is too mainstream. :-(

Switching on My Holiday Mood
Having holiday now! Nua-ing at home..I didn't do anything productive leh like reading, do house chores ah, and etc. Instead I keep playing Temple Run 2 on the couch for the whole day while switching on the tv without watching! Lol..Temple Run 2 is so hard to play la! I used to acheive 18m in Temple Run but now 2.5m also hard for me in TR2! *sob*
And I realized I am not Bejeweled, Candy Crush, LinePop, Anipang type of person! I can't play puzzle games! Sucks at it! Always lose one..gave up on that already! So action games suits me more like Subway Surf, TR2, Chasing Yellow..BUT!! I can play Birzzle quite well wo! Why har...last time quite addicted to it..also considered as puzzle game what..haha! *I don't know what kind of person I am* Lol..
Since it is my holiday and #cny is approaching, hunting for new clothes is a must! So sorry to say that Penang got no new clothes to buy d..haha! Cz a few choices only..So decided to go KL hunting for new year clothes! Happy! Besides, food hunting as well la..fixed my food craving! Haha!
So far I am bored of Levain already but I still crave for Ikea meatball! Everytime go KL I will certainly request darling to bring me there! The photo you seen below is 2 persons portion..lol! I can finish 10 meatballs all by myself, haha! *great achievement* With two chicken wings as well..big eater hor me! Lol..I must eat as much as I can cz I cannot come anytime as I wished so I must eat till I bloat! Haha..

The next day decided to try something new for our brunch..suddenly thought of Antipodeon Big Breakfast so go for it but seriously hard to look for parking because we went during weekdays! Luckily god bless us after looking around for like 15 mins and I'm nearly give up on it, finally ONE parking lot is available at the basement car park! Thanks god! Phew..btw we went to Menara Tan&Tan branch.
I love the scrambled egg and grilled mushroom! Especially grilled mushroom cz I am mushroom-lover! Is kind of pricey la..will try it once only..next time try other food! :-)
Breakfast of the Day?? *I forgot what is this called* RM19
I ordered Big Breakfast already so no choice he goes for another one! ^^ He said the baked beans is nice.
Shopping time! Erm..I feel so hopeless in the first day when I get myself no clothes except a hoodie from Uniqlo! Down to the max la..cz all clothes that are selling in F21, Topshop, Pull & Bear, Zara and etc are monotone *all same colour*. They are still displaying winter clothes..all long sleeves and sweater so not much to choose from! :-(
Luckily H&M saves me! Lol..bought some dresses over there, at least something colourful displaying in the store la! *phew*
Hungry hungry so decided to have some light meal before dinner so we choose..Carl's Jr.! Is our first time trying and is really good..*thumbs up* although is kind of pricey..cz one set with bottomless soft drink cost you nearly RM20! But I am glad that they have Heinz ketchup and chilli sauce instead of Maggi one! :p Lol..I love Heinz Ketchup!!
Dinner! Alor Kai Ngau Yuk Fan! My second time here! Craving for it! The soup of the Ngau Yuk Yun is so nice! Yummy yummy!
Next day, selca before heading out! Eyes bloated cz just wake up! Lol..
He brought me somewhere nice to have our brunch! Yu What Mai Fan 鱼滑米粉! Nice wo..I love it! And the chili is so damn extremely spicy! You know it is spicy but you will still dip it because it mixed well with the fish paste! His mouth swollen after finish it! Haha..really too spicy but you just can't stop yourself from it!
That day he dropped me to meet Jean Ray! Hehe..feels so good to meet her in KL! Thanks for coming so far to shop with me! Love you! Give you big kisses!!! Appreciate lots and thanks to your bro as well! He is just too nice!
I bought a lot with her, carrying three big bags on the way from Times Square, Sg. Wang, Fahrenheit 88 and to Pavilion to buy Snowflake then walk back to Fahrenheit again to meet Darling! I salute to myself, they are so heavy!! Guys quote #accompany girls shopping is way tiring than exercising Lol! Is true ok! Haha..
I'm just going to KL and I can bought this much, imagine how much I will buy if I go Bangkok! Haha..I always wondering that! Too cheap until you can't resist it!
